Our Story
Pro1 began with an idea.
Trent Hessell, a registered commercial builder, noticed building managers often struggled to find companies willing to do smaller maintenance jobs.
From this, Pro1 was born: a company dedicated to solving all commercial maintenance needs with expert solutions. Today, we specialise in proactive and reactive property maintenance, fitouts and defits, with a best in class reputation to back it up.

Trent Hessell
Trent is the CEO and founding director of Pro1. As a registered commercial builder, Trent has managed a myriad of construction projects in some of Melbourne’s most premier buildings.
With a background in carpentry and construction spanning 20 years, he knows the value of developing strong working relationships with building managers and other stakeholders first-hand.
Amy Hessell
Amy is the general manager of Pro1. With a background in recruitment, branding, product development and sales for prominent FMCG companies, Amy’s breadth of experience is invaluable for Pro1’s backend business management.
Her primary role is to facilitate the core processes of Pro1, ensuring the continual improvement of our best practices in safety, quality and environmental processes.
