With the new hybrid working model and businesses no longer needing large office spaces, Fidinam Strata wanted to convert a whole office level into five tenancy areas, supported by a communal tea area to accommodate this new way of working.
To attract new tenants, they wanted the new space to look high-end without breaking the budget while retaining some of the building’s original features, such as the industrial-style ceiling.
Working to the architect’s design intent, Pro 1’s experienced team utilized their knowledge to resource and select internal design elements to save time and money while retaining the architects’ original vision.
Our design team were able to use their skill and experience to mix high end fittings with more budget friendly options, while still giving the overall high-end, luxury feel that the client was after. Additionally, we reused much of the existing infrastructure and repurposed it to fit the modern design aesthetic Fidinam Strata desired.
To ensure project delivery to the highest standard and keep the project on track a dedicated Project Manager and Site Managers were assigned and worked from the site.
Having these resources onsite ensured a superior client experience through quick decision making and the flexibility required to ensure minimal disruptions to other building tenants since work was undertaken during business hours.
Working in a time of fluctuating lead times and labour shortages, our experienced team were able to adapt by providing alternative solutions to ensure the project was delivered on time and to the highest quality.
Fidinam Strata now has five light and modern tenancy spaces to attract new tenants, with a new communal tea area and a revitalised lift and lobby area to reflect the new office space.
